Isatta Coomber

Isatta is a communications and operations professional with experience spanning content strategy, systems building, and people operations. She is fascinated with making complex concepts palatable, a curiosity that now extends to making organizations themselves run more clearly and sustainably. Driven by her logistical and creative mindset, Isatta strives to help organizations build the internal systems, processes, and people practices that allow their stories to shine.

Over the years, Isatta has gained a keen interest in organizations that focus on underserved and overlooked communities. As an African descendant, she takes pride in the continent that birthed her parents and ancestors and in bringing the African Collaborative's narratives to life, both through its public voice and through the operational foundation that supports its team.

Isatta obtained her BSBA in Marketing and MA in Communication from Suffolk University. Outside of work, she's usually on a scenic trail with her dogs, and is always open to new Reddit threads or Substacks to add to her list.
